About AeroPeak
Aviation experience built in the real world.
AeroPeak Aviation was founded by Ryan Carlson to give aircraft owners and aviation teams direct access to experienced operational leadership, practical judgment, and straightforward service.
About Ryan Carlson
Leadership close to the work.
Ryan's aviation career spans corporate flight operations, government aviation, aircraft management, consulting, instruction, and domestic and international flying. He has served as a chief pilot in both corporate and government operations, led pilots and maintenance personnel, developed flight operations manuals and standard operating procedures, and managed a multimillion-dollar flight operation budget.
His flying experience includes more than 6,000 total hours, over 5,000 hours as pilot in command, extensive multi-engine and turbofan time, and more than 2,200 hours of mountain flying. He holds an Airline Transport Pilot certificate, CL30 and CE680 type ratings, and flight instructor certificates for single- and multi-engine airplanes.
Before his current corporate aviation leadership work, Ryan flew Challenger 300 and 350 aircraft on domestic and international missions, including operations in Europe, Canada, and the Caribbean. He also spent ten years with Colorado State Patrol aviation, ultimately serving as chief pilot and supporting VIP transport, safety, and training.

Why AeroPeak
Accessible, experienced leadership.
AeroPeak was established in 2019 around a simple idea: owners and flight departments benefit when experienced aviation leadership is accessible, accountable, and close to the work. The company remains intentionally hands-on. Clients work directly with the person responsible for the advice and execution.
That approach means fewer layers, clearer communication, and recommendations grounded in actual operational responsibility—not sales language.
Bring the Aircraft. Bring the Situation.
